What do you do when you’re bored?

Eat? Sleep? Fry your brain with all that television and Netflix? Don’t forget about those video games either. But there is also that kind of bored where none of those things seem appealing. No food could fill your boredom. You’re too awake to sleep. Or you already finished all the seasons of every TV show you love. You beat all your video games. That kind of bored where you just sigh and bug your parent on what there is to do.

Well to fix that, here are 10 things that you can do when you are bored:

  1. Take a walk or a run – a healthy life is a good life
  2. Clean – May not be the best but at least you’re organized
  3. Take a long bath – Add bubbles and bath salts and bath bombs, light some candles, play some music and relax.
  4. If you have a pet, Bath it, Walk it, Play with it.
  5. Try something new – Something you would’ve never thought you would do.
  6. Help your mom or dad with something – They might repay you with something sweet.
  7. Clean out your school stuff – Being organized in school can help you get better grades
  8. Do your homework – That can also help you get better grades
  9. Start a journal – Write down your secrets and sayings on paper and hide it where nobody can see
  10. Make many random lists – It takes up time and makes you think.

Most of these silly things will hopefully help you while you are bored. Whenever you’ve beaten all your video games or watched all your TV shows, come back to this list. Read it. Analyze it. Most importantly enjoy it and try out new things. You never know what is good until you try it.
